Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
Depending on your selection at checkout, we ship via USPS or UPS.
Please allow approximately three days for your package to ship.
If you require your package to be guaranteed by a certain date, please email us before purchasing so we can confirm your request.
International Shipping:
We do our best to avoid customs fees, but any fees required by customs once your package arrives in your country are the customer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.
Lost Packages:
We ship via UPS or USPS Express Mail, which includes $50 in insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please email Support@GraceAlvarez.shop and we will be happy to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
Once your tracking shows the package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package, but you can file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
Returns:
Click here to access self-service returns. We charge a flat fee of $6 per return label, which will be deducted from your return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund in the form of store credit.
We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at www.GraceAlvarez.shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging, with protective devices and tags attached, and untouched/still in its original location.
Please allow 10-12 business days to receive and process your return or exchange.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll process your refund and provide you with a gift card credit.
All items sold are final.
Mystery bags and mystery items are final.
Gift cards or store credits are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For items purchased at full retail price, exchanges must be requested within 14 days of order receipt.
Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.
Exchange shipping is only included for domestic orders.

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase has been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
